Ever stripped out the threads on your rearend brake caliper brackets? We know this is a bit of a troubled area when using the flat plate style caliper bracket. We now have a quick fix solution!

In stock and ready to ship today! Machined steel inserts to replace/rebuild/repair those stripped out caliper slide bolt threads. These are high quality machined steel slugs. 5/8" thick (that means you now have 5/8" of threads for your caliper bolt to bite into. The machined step is 3/4" in diameter, with the outside shoulder being 1" in diameter. Simply take you a 3/4" bit of your choice (we used a unibit, available at most any hardware store) open up the damaged hole to 3/4", insert the machined and threaded steel slug, and weld in place. Thread issue is now fixed! And with high chances that it wont happen again due to the 5/8" of thread engagement you now have.
